Terms of Sale
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. Colours you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Every item is always hand made and the patterns are designed and printed digitally, enabling high level of detail and intricacy in the pattern, as well as intense depth of colour. Where the print runs are deliberately kept low, and the patterns irregular, each cut from the material will have a unique area of the image, therefore no two pieces are ever the same. Your order may differ slightly from the picture shown.
Sizes are approximate to the average UK size.
Price and payment options
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is accepted via PayPal. Your card/PayPal account will be debited once the order has been accepted. Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time an order is placed and the time the order is accepted, the stock position relating to a particular item may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible.
Postage and packaging is set at £5 per order for up to ten items.
Delivery is limited to the UK only and is subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Please provide us, within seven days or receiving the product, notice in writing to email@example.com that you would like to return your item. We will provide details on where to return the item/s to.
We guarantee to refund – excluding your postage costs – any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. We accept no liability for items damaged during postage to us and we recommend that all items are returned via recorded delivery as we will not be held responsible for goods not received.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase, unless the item you have ordered is personalised or made-to-order. Order cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org If your cancellation request fits within this term, we will provide a full refund – excluding your postage cost – but you must return the cancelled item/s to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
